ECMC Services, Inc. is a specialty engineering firm focused on the design and construction of fueling facilities for both the commercial and military markets. We provide a broad range of services including planning, engineering design, construction administration, construction management and design-build services. Our clients include airlines, aviation authorities, government, system operators and other engineering firms. The company also undertakes design-build projects serving as the prime contractor and/or the engineer in a design-build team.

Our core service offering is producing the plans and specification documents used in traditional design-bid-construct projects. Our engineers, technicians and CAD personnel have worked on facility master plans, storage tank farms, utility systems, hydrant systems, loading racks, pipelines, leak detection systems, control systems, fire protection systems, and Ground Service Equipment (GSE) facilities. We have all the software and equipment to deliver your project in the format required by your needs.

Clients often call us in for troubleshooting poorly performing or problematic systems. Our background in design and construction provides a strong foundation to solve the problem. We also review facilities for environmental and code compliance, perform capital planning and facility appraisals, provide FRP, ICP & SPCC Plans and permitting, evaluate new technologies and conduct training.

anagement

ECMC Services' senior staff is often called in to provide management and oversight services to design-by-others and construction-by-others projects. As part of a team or stand alone we can provide construction or program management services, create facility operation and maintenance manuals, develop standards and training programs and help prepare and budget long-term capital plans.

onstruction

On most projects, we follow the design of a project into construction by providing construction administration services. We feel this is crucial to assure the construction installation is performed as designed. We are also involved in the start-up phase to bring the facilities online. Additionally, we can provide scheduling and estimating services, conduct constructability reviews and provide on-site construction inspection and resident engineering services. We are frequently involved in design-build projects as the lead contractor by performing as the Construction Manager-at-risk.
