All projects are designed with the "big picture" in mind. Projects must meet current needs but also be compatible with long-term planning requirements. The project must integrate as seamlessly as possible with the overall program. Most design projects are followed by construction services to oversee the correct installation and start-up of the project. We feel this is crucial to the success of the project.

Some projects would be too expensive or take too long to separately design, bid and construct so the projects are completed using design/build. ECMC can take the project lead providing a single point of responsibility for the entire project. Our goal of zero litigation during construction is achieved by addressing problematic issues immediately and providing solutions that are fair and reasonable to affected parties.
